17. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Veezstream. Any attempted assignment, transfer, or sublicense without such consent shall be null and void. Veezstream may freely assign, transfer, or sublicense any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without restriction.

18. Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are entered into solely between you and Veezstream. Nothing in these Terms, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any third party any rights, benefits, remedies, or standing to enforce any provision of these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.

19. Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be handled on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to file a class action or seek relief on a classwide basis. If this provision is found invalid, the class action waiver and arbitration provisions shall be null and void.
